"Alway love pottery barns fast ship and…"
Alway love pottery barns fast ship and quality but I ordered a table runner that was reversible. I assumed lighter color on one side and darker on other but it was actually two colors on top and reversed it was the same. I stilll love the table runner and will keep it but should have been more specific on a $69 purchase.

"Great service"
I called the Valencia Pottery Barn in a quest for red dinner plates. Robynne answered the phone and put me on hold for 3 minutes. She found the plates and gave me the sale price. When I arrived at the store, the plates were waiting for me at the front register. The cashier (associate #187991) wrapped them so thoroughly that you would have thought I had spent a fortune. Everyone was friendly and efficient. This is why I don't shop on line. It's nice to receive personal service.

Is pottery barn getting ready to go under? extreme difficulty getting furniture that has been ordered in july, has been paid for in full and i have been told it is lost and have to wait until the end of november and then maybe it will be here. i was never called or notified about any of this; i have been doing the research and calling. this is consumer fraud.

Pierce sectional severe pilling on cushions, need to find out what can be done. this is a second home and only gets used about 10 weeks a year.
